Most production spaces in Atlanta are either too big, too expensive, or rented by the day whether you need the whole thing or not. We built One Oh Four for everyone else.
The idea was simple: a professional, fully equipped boutique studio in Decatur that works the way modern production actually works. Flexible. Hourly. No unnecessary overhead passed on to you. And unlike most stages in the market, the lighting comes with it.
The Space
The space started as a single cyc wall stage with a full lighting package built in. It grew into something more complete. There's a Hair & Makeup suite, a Production Suite for client review and editorial, private offices for creatives who needed a real base of operations. Everything under one roof at 104 Church St. 15 minutes from Midtown Atlanta. 25 minutes from the airport. Close enough to everywhere that matters, without the rates to match.
The Lighting
The Stage runs nine Aputure Nova P600c RGB LED panels and two Aputure 600x Pro fixtures, all included in your booking, all controlled from the floor via Sidus Link Pro on iPad. No lighting package to rent. No gaffer required to adjust color temperature from across the room. Full creative control, ready when you walk in.
The Community
There's also an indoor patio and kitchen that tends to become the real center of the building. Filmmakers, animators, VFX artists, editors. They all end up here eventually. Coffee, cold drinks, light snacks, always stocked. Some of the best conversations about the industry happen between bookings. We're fine with that.
We're built for freelance directors, editors, photographers, and solo creatives who need a professional environment without a production company budget. We're also built for agencies and production companies who want a reliable location without the day-rate commitment of a larger facility. Everything books at a four hour minimum. The offices are month to month with no deposit.
